As a neurobiologist with diverse management experience, I am passionate about both science and strategic thinking. My work is based on understanding how the human brain works and what people need to fulfil their potential. I am inspired by the creative design of new things, and I am convinced that the future belongs to organizations where people can fully leverage their strengths. In my work, I am guided by my three C-values: Courage, Creativity & Compassion.
