I am also happy to accompany you as a leader and your team over a longer period of time. Because in order to achieve effective and lasting change, new connections need to be created in the brain. And that takes time.

Whether keynote speeches or informal talks, I enjoy speaking to small or large audiences in a neuroscientific context on topics that inspire me.

As a neurobiologist with diverse management experience, I am passionate about both science and strategic thinking. My work is based on understanding how the human brain works and what people need to fulfil their potential. I am inspired by the creative design of new things, and I am convinced that the future belongs to organizations where people can fully leverage their strengths.
